“I now have a new perspective and understanding that has added such peace to my life. I feel much more secure in myself, and thus treat my body and health with more respect and love. My progression has gone more from healthy behavior modification to valuing the gift of my body and life. I still struggle with unconscious food patterns that want to pop up, but I am more present on a regular basis than ever before and I tend to catch the behaviors much faster. I feel myself shifting now towards a deeper focus in nutrition and exercise. Now that I’m getting to the last stretch of my weight loss journey and start training for my first 5k, I want to get learn more about using food as fuel and nutrition. We eat pretty healthy and organic now, but I still have so much to learn in terms of nutrition and how to cook them well! Kathy, thank you for all of you help!”

Hey, if I were currently immersed in writing a book explaining set theory, it would have sounded like that to me too, I’m sure.
