Hey Kathy – I went through some photos the other day.. I never really get photos of myself, but of other people… I was amazed at the difference – the before photo was taken in October 08… the after photo was taken June 09 – 8 months later – I was probably about 200 pounds 8 months ago – I am now at 170 pounds – and my weight has not changed for 3 months. Taking all the bad things out of my diet (sugar mostly from fruit juice, pizzas/pasta – any simple high carb) – and making my diet a high fiber, slow (complex carb diet) combined with the vitamin D3 has really made a difference – I feel much better and have my blood sugar under control. I have not had any trouble staying on my diet (even during holidays), because I know a good diet will mean a better quality of life – and a better diet means I can avoid the “many” complications of high blood sugar. Thank God for the info and guidance you have provided! I have been sharing my testimony when ever I get the chance – so others will have a healthier life style. I am currently listening to the Dr. Mercola’s “D3″ presentation again – it is still amazing to hear the evidence!
